Introducing One User Profiles for Influencers.
You’ve probably heard once or twice that it’s not easy being a social video influencer. Well, it’s also not easy to manage many of them.
Social talent managers run the gamut of providing audience growth advice, brand campaign execution support, and important financial tasks such as sending payments or negotiating contract terms. Not to mention vetting new creators who want to join a given network.
Our clients at creator networks regularly onboard and manage the careers of individual influencers who have a presence spanning multiple YouTube channels and an array of other social media accounts. It’s a lot to keep track of, especially when you have to aggregate and interpret reliable data on a single influencer from many places.
So we decided to do something about it: to make it easier for networks to manage each influencer as a single individual, rather than a smattering of social accounts.
Starting next week, Paladin’s Network Management software will have a new feature. One User profiles enable creator managers to easily find all of the accounts linked to a single influencer under one record, and update information for all in just a few clicks.
Here’s an example:
On the talent side, creators can now apply to a network using multiple YouTube channels plus social accounts at once, including Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and Instagram.
Creators will see a view like this:
Aside from convenience for our clients and their talent, why is it valuable to track social video influencers as a single user?
A few reasons:
- Campaign sales. With a single profile, you have a comprehensive presentation of each creator’s reach and engagement.
- Data aggregation. Your workflow for tracking aggregate performance for social accounts that belong to a single person will be simplified, making data easier to package and bolster with strategic insights.
- Management efficiency. Rather than updating multiple times across many records, you can now manage and update metadata such as contact or payment information with a single action.
- Partner service. You can better advise creator partners on their careers, and manage their social accounts if that’s a service you provide, when all the information is in one place.
We hope you’ll love the latest update in support of our quest to build the best Creator Relationship Management (CRM) platform in the world.
