This page contains setup instructions for WinOCPT. You must follow these instructions to properly install WinOCPT.

  1. PREVIOUS WinOCPT INSTALLATIONS:

    If you have previously installed WinOCPT, you should uninstall the previous version.

  2. INSTALL NI6033E (only if collecting data)

    We have upgraded the A/D card to the NI6033E.

  3. INSTALL GPIB DRIVER (only if collecting data)

    Install the latest NI488.2 GPIB card and driver.

  4. INSTALL WinOCPT:

    Execute WinOCPTv???b??.exe from Explorer.

  5. INITIAL INSTALLATIONS:

    For now, first time installations must execute dao_register.bat (found in the installation directory) before launching WinOCPT for the first time.
